The research and analysis stage can often times be an overlooked step, but honestly it’s one of the more critical components when it comes to the long term viability of your search engine optimization campaign. The following research, analysis and reports are completed by our SEO consultants prior to the optimization of the individual pages of your website.

Keyword Research Report
	Proper keyword research is at the core of every one of our search engine optimization campaigns. It allows us to see the exact keywords, phrases, and terms, that your potential clients or customers are using online to find the services that you offer.
Competition Research Report
	Now that we know what keyphrases consumers are using to find you, its time to find out who your online competitors are. You probably know some companies, but there are others out there that are all vying for your keywords. Knowing who your top online competitors are allows us to always stay one step ahead.
Current Ranking Report
	The Current Ranking Report gives us a “zero” point from which our monthly statistical and ranking reports can reflect the new rankings that we have achieved for you. It also shows where your current traffic may be coming from if you are not currently using an analytical statistical program.
Website Analysis Report
Now it’s time to analyze the individual pages of your website using the above reports. This is a completely internal report, however this is where we essentially de-engineer your website page by page to see everything that’s correctable. We check your content, your code, your image size, your alt text, your meta tags, your navigation structure, your internal anchor text, and additional items.

You will receive PDF copies of the first three reports. This will give you a starting point from which to judge your search engine optimization campaign and our overall performance.
